Adjusting to Normal Life After Temi’s Wedding Has Been Difficult’ – DJ Cuppy

Nigerian disc jockey and billionaire heiress, Florence Otedola, popularly known as DJ Cuppy,

has shared her struggle with settling back into normal life following the excitement of her sister Temi Otedola’s wedding to Afrobeats star, Mr Eazi.

The lavish wedding reportedly took place across three countries — Monaco, Dubai, and Iceland. The white wedding, held in Iceland, featured a live performance by American singer John Legend and was showcased in Vogue magazine.

Taking to Instagram, Cuppy expressed how challenging it has been returning to her regular routine in London. She wrote, “So I’m back in London. It’s been a tough reality check, going back to normal life after Temi’s wedding. Take me back to Iceland!”

In a related development, British YouTuber and BMX rider Ryan Taylor, Cuppy’s former fiancé, has opened up on the reason behind their breakup.

Cuppy and Taylor’s engagement in December 2022 stirred excitement, coming just weeks after they met during the Gumball 3000 rally. However, by mid-2023, fans noticed the couple had unfollowed each other on Instagram, sparking rumours of a split.

Speaking on the Ladders Podcast, the 32-year-old boxer reflected on their brief relationship, revealing that certain differences created distance between them. Taylor alleged that Cuppy showed little interest in collaborating with Nigerians in some professional settings.

He further stated that he was not bound by any contracts or non-disclosure agreements and that he walked away from the relationship with valuable life lessons.
