I Fear For Nigerians This December’ – Ruger

Nigerian singer Michael Adebayo Olayinka, popularly known as Ruger, has voiced concern over the rising wave of insecurity across the country.

The Asiwaju hitmaker, in a post shared on 𝕏, lamented that kidnapping has become a thriving business in several parts of Nigeria, warning that the situation could worsen as the festive season approaches if urgent measures are not taken.

Ruger said he is particularly worried about the safety of Nigerians who plan to travel within or return to the country in December, noting that kidnappers might take advantage of the period.

He wrote: “I’m scared for people this December. Kidnapping has become a full-time business in some parts of Nigeria and it’s only going to get worse this festive season. People will travel back to their villages from abroad and from many other places in Nigeria. These bastards will strike hard.”

Meanwhile, Ruger recently disclosed that his mother has given him a December deadline to introduce a serious girlfriend.

According to the Bae Bae crooner, who shared the update via Snapchat, his mother threatened to find a woman for him if he failed to bring one home before the end of the year.

Ruger humorously urged single ladies to submit their “applications,” adding that he might be up for a “distress sale” by December if no one steps forward.
