Peter Obi Reacts After Court Nullifies NDC Registration, Says Those Undermining Democracy Will Fail. Former Anambra State governor and presidential candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), Peter Obi, has spoken out following a Federal High Court judgment that set aside the earlier ruling directing the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to register the party.
Reacting to the development, Obi described the judgment as another setback for Nigeria’s democratic process, warning that individuals attempting to weaken the country’s democratic institutions would ultimately fail.
