Zlatan Suggests Boxing Match to End Blaqbonez–Odumodublvck Rift: “I Don’t Like the Beef at All”
Nigerian rapper Zlatan Ibile has offered to mediate the ongoing feud between Blaqbonez and Odumodublvck by proposing a boxing match to settle their differences.
Speaking during an interview with Yanga FM, the Killin Dem hitmaker revealed that he plans to organise the fight in December, alongside the already scheduled face-off between Portable and Speed Darlington. Zlatan said discussions are underway with event organisers to make the bout a reality.
He emphasised that both artists are his friends and expressed hope that the match would provide a healthy outlet for their rivalry rather than fueling animosity.
The dispute between Blaqbonez and Odumodublvck began after the latter boasted that no Nigerian rap project could rival his own — a remark many fans saw as a dig at Blaqbonez. The tension escalated when Blaqbonez fired back with a diss track mocking Odumodublvck’s Anti-World concept.
Zlatan admitted he is unhappy about the rift, saying while competition can attract attention, he would rather see peace and collaboration.
“They are both my guys,” he said. “I really hope they settle their differences. I don’t like that kind of energy between them. Honestly, I don’t like the beef at all. I’m sure they’ll eventually reconcile and even work together.”
